Renault’s 24/7 Roadside Assistance is a service we provide to every new Renault owner, all designed to provide you greater peace of mind.

Roadside Assistance can help in a variety of circumstances. Here are just a few examples:

Keys locked in the car
Flat tyre or battery
Run out of fuel
Transport to nearest Renault dealership if vehicle is broken down and problem cannot be identified

If a problem occurs more than 100km from home and cannot be rectified in 24 hours, we’ll arrange and pay for 2 night’s accommodation. Alternatively we can arrange and pay to transport you and your passengers to your intended destination or home. Call 1800 009 008 and we'll provide the support you need.

That’s why we offer you up to 5 years roadside assistance◊ when you service your vehicle with Renault for peace of mind.

Vehicles delivered up to December 31st 2017 and prior:Standard Roadside assistance, equal in length to the New Vehicle Warranty Period (expiring 3 or 5 years from date of first registration depending on model)
Standard Roadside assistance, equal in length to the New Vehicle Warranty Period (expiring 3 or 5 years from date of first registration depending on model)

i.Passenger & SUV – expiring 3 or 5 years from date of first registration, depending on model.

ii.Light Commercial Vehicles - expiring 3 years from date of first registration

Vehicles delivered from 1 January 2018 onwards (excluding vehicles eligible for Easy Life Service):12 months Standard Roadside Assistance, expiring 12 months from date of first registrationFurther extensions for up to 4 years total, expiring 48 months from date of first registration. Customer’s Roadside policy is renewed every 12 months when the vehicle has scheduled service completed on time with an authorised Renault Dealer.

◊Complimentary 12 months 24/7 Roadside Assist when you purchase a Renault vehicle (balance of 12 months for demonstrator vehicles). Further complimentary 12 month periods of Roadside Assist will be given from the date of each scheduled maintenance service at a participating authorised Renault dealer within 4 years of purchase (within 4 years from registration for demonstrator vehicles) for all models (excluding Kadjar & MY20 Koleos) and at that time, any existing complimentary Roadside Assist period ends. All complimentary Roadside Assist ceases 4 years after date of purchase (4 years after registration for demonstrator vehicles) for all models regardless of when it commenced or how many scheduled services a customer has had within the prior years.

For Kadjar & MY20 Koleos, further complimentary 12 month periods of Roadside Assist will be given from the date of each scheduled maintenance service at a participating authorised Renault dealer within 5 years of purchase (within 5 years from registration for demonstrator vehicles) and at that time, any existing complimentary Roadside Assist period ends. Roadside Assist coverage will continue where scheduled maintenance service is within 3 months of end of any complimentary 12 months Roadside Assist period. For Kadjar & MY20 Koleos, all complimentary Roadside Assist ceases 5 years after date of purchase (5 years after registration for demonstrator vehicles) for all models regardless of when it commenced or how many scheduled services a customer has had within the prior years.
